Bellinzona

Bellinzona sits at the point where the Alpine valleys funnel into the Ticino plain, which is why three castles were built here and why every north–south route still passes through. The valley floor is flat and the mountains start immediately on both sides, giving you both surfaces within minutes.

It is less visited than Lugano and Locarno and consequently easier to book, with the same southern climate. Our coaches here work in Italian, and most in German or English as well.
